Croissant & Pain au Chocolat Workshop

Always wanted to make your own croissants or pain au chocolat for Sunday morning brunch? We'll show you how to in this workshop and you will also get to make and take home a batch of your own. 

We will cook some off on the night to sample and the rest you will take home to bake the next day. 

Please bring a large plastic container or baking tray to take them home.

Hola! Mexican Workshop

Our Mexican BBQ series has been so popular we thought we would run a few more Mexican workshops. This time we will move indoors and prepare a few dishes that will be perfect for the autumn months.

At this workshop we will work in groups of 2 or 3 people to produce the dishes. It’s best not to eat dinner before this class as there is always so much to eat on the night! Here’s an example to entice;

Homemade Artisan Sausage Workshop 
No additives or fillers!
Make a batch of your own sausages and spice them to your preference (eg pork & fennel, beef & mustard but there is no limitation!).
We will demonstrate and then you will prepare your own sausages from mincing to spicing the meat and then the fun part starts filling the sausage skins! Sampling a sausages on the evening also.
Make sure you bring a container to take your sausages home in and an apron if you have one

Halloumi & Feta Cheese Making
Nothing beats learning how to make cheese hands-on.

At this workshop we will demonstrate how to make feta & halloumi cheese and then everyone will make their very own cheese to take home (approx 300g).
As part of the class you also get recipes and we can help you with supplies and utensils for your next batch. Please bring along an apron and container to take your cheese home in.

At this workshop we will show you how to make a traditional hot water pastry, then turning it into individual English Pork Pies.

Camembert Cheese Making
Nothing beats learning how to make cheese hands-on.

At this workshop we will demonstrate how to make Camembert and then everyone will make their very own cheese to take home to nurture and mature over several weeks.
